Some big changes since Beta 12:
- All Plasma Mobile Gear applications, except Plasma Dialer have been updated to 22.09.
- Plasma itself updated to 5.26.2.
- Kernel is now at 6.0.3.
- KDE Frameworks is at 5.99.0.
- Regular package updates.
Known Issues:
- Discover seems to be crashing if using a locale other than American English.
- Customizations might not last through reboots.
