feat:

• add global option animation_fade_out to disable fadeout effect
• add winrule option nofadeout to disable fadeout effect in some app
• Enable ext-image-copy-capture-v1
• add option xwayland_persistence to keep xwayland running to avoid xwayland dpi reset
• add winrule option inunglobal to make a window become unmanaged window (It is often used in global Windows such as desktop pets)
• add winrule option no_force_center to make some x11 app not auto center

fix:

• nix build missing pcre2 dep
• x11 app menu window can't set its position when match any winrule
• crash when no tagrule in config file
