This is a phased version, symbolizing that all the planned development functions of maomao have been completed and get sufficient tests.

We will wait for the release of wlroots 0.19 and scenefx release . At that time, more window effects like rounded corners, blurring, shadows, etc. will be added.

feat:

• support cursor_size and cursor_theme in config.
• support toggle_render_border dispatch to toggle whether to render border.
• suooport no_render_border option in tagurle.

fix:

• miss apply when use dispatch togglegaps and incgaps
• border offset error when gaps is zero.
• someting crash will crash when switch tag after toggle multi tag.
