This is mainly a bug fix that fixes a cross-screen clipping exception for the scroll layout.
bug fix:
1.The floating window in the scroll layout does not focus properly when it exceeds the screen.
2.Scroll layout left and top clipping error.
3.After the scroll layout window spans the screen, the window overflows to another screen.
4.Scrolling layouts sometimes do not scroll automatically after changing window focus.
5.Mouse focus is still on the old window after use the shortcut keys to change focus.
6.animation_type_open windowrule not apply.
7.none animaiton type not apply.

1.add scroller_prefer_center option to config. (if set to 0,it would try to move the window only to the edge, not to the center, while keeping the window fully displayed on the current display
