Removed the ov_no_resize option. No replacement is provided; the behavior is now the default.

XWayland Scaling: Scaling no longer blurs XWayland applications. To avoid blur, use the xwayland_ignore_scale option and set the DPI accordingly.

Fixed pointer constraints activation on layer‑shell surfaces, which previously caused errors when using lan‑mouse.
