Fixed
- Remove PyMuPDF from global manifest requirements — PyMuPDF failed to install on aarch64 platforms, which caused the entire integration to fail to load even for users who don't use the Hornsby Shire source. It is now lazily imported only when needed. (#5686)
- Horsham District Council, UK: Updated parser for website changes and added support for new food waste bins (thanks @mystcb) (#5683)
