General improvements

• config_flow now asks whether to show the quite complicated sensor & customize window (@5ila5)
• fixed a bug where config_flow sensor configuration would suggest invalid waste_types if they contain whitespace at the start or end of the string.
• (re) added the fetch_data service, not present for GUI configurations
• fixed a bug where GUI senosors would just ignore details_format and not show future collections after a HA restart
