What's new on 5 November
New
- Ruby and Sapphire (GBA): the overworld, battles and weather in widescreen, in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. Drop your ROMs in and they appear in the game list, each with its own save.
- Spanish Black, Black 2 and White 2 are now fully supported, like Spanish White: any copy of the game works. Thanks to IamCarron (#71).
Fixed
- Bag (Black, White, Black 2, White 2): once you pick an item, both screens show side by side, as on the DS, so the message is never covered and a TM's type, power, accuracy and PP are all visible. Thanks to ahrhamza (#35).
- Battle questions (Black 2, White 2): "Will you switch your Pokémon?" and "Use next Pokémon?" keep their buttons until you answer, in every language. Both answers now sit at the end of the message bar, so nothing covers the battle. Thanks to ahrhamza (#35) and IamCarron (#70).
- Fast forward in menus: a quick tap of a direction moves the cursor once, not two or three places (shops, the elevator, the Bag) (#73).
- Switch: saves in a saves folder. Your saves move into
savesbeside the program the first time you start this version, none replaced. An older version won't find them after that. Thanks to nicolvus (#51).
