Changes to docker image:
- micromamba updated to v2.1.0
- Add image based on ubuntu:25.04
- Add image based on alpine:3.21
- Remove alpine v3.20.x from build pipelines due to an upstream issue. Our existing alpine3.20 tags will continue to exist, but they will not receive new builds. Therefore, the highest version of micromamba that will be accessible via alpine3.20 tags is v2.0.8.
