Adds support for BWT pool heatpump, which differs from the Remora one only in the preset modes available.
If you are using the Remora support to control a BWT device, make a note of your device id (from logs if you don't have it) and local key (from the options), delete the device, and re-add it as a new device from the integrations configuration UI.
If you have a Remora device and are using a version earlier than 0.8.0, it is recommended that you update first to 0.8.2 before updating to this version, as the update will auto-detect your device, and from this version onwards, it may be detected as a BWT device instead of Remora since the configs are almost the same.
