updated test framework to a forked version to work with latest HomeAssistant
use enums rather than constants internally for device class to avoid getting caught out again by sudden removal of old constants
fix condition for running SonarCloud scans
fix some SonarCloud code smells
output the filename when encountering missing translations in case more than one device was added.
update URL for parent project (even though this has evolved to no longer be dependant on it, Nicole still deserves the credit for the hard part of getting this off the ground).
update HACS config to remove obsolete tags
