Breaking change: Minco thermostat has had the select_sensor entity renamed to select_temperature_sensor for consistency with other devices that allow choosing between internal and external temperature sensors. If you configured this device in 0.13.1, you may need to reconfigure it and rename the entity or tweak any lovelace or automation configs that use it.
