Add support for the following devices:
- ElectriQ DESD9LW dehumidifier
- Awow / Mi-heat TH213 wall thermostat
Support is added for hvac_action and aux_heat in the climate implementation. The TH213 uses hvac_action to indicate current operating state (heating, idle, off).
Custom icons for child locks were added to all devices with the feature
