• Fix issue where parser would break <%= => tags (#346)

• Fix issue with mergeLongHand always enabled

  Users were unable to disable this transformer, it was always running.

  Additionally, as mentioned in #347, PostCSS used in mergeLongHand is currently tripping on {{ }} in CSS property values. Disabling mergeLongHand fixes this until the issue is fixed at its root, in posthtml-postcss-merge-longhand.
