Added

• It is now possible to only collect a subset of metrics by using MAILCOW_EXPORTER_ACTIVE_PROVIDERS / --providers.
  This can be useful for larger mailservers with many mailboxes.
• The Authorization: Bearer * Header can now be used for authentication in place of the ?token=
  query parameter.
