Fixes

Docker Desktop rules now work (#25). Ignore-list entries and per-app rules for Docker Desktop (com.docker.docker) had no effect, so SmartClose still quit Docker Desktop when its window was closed. Docker Desktop's windows belong to a separate UI app nested inside the faceless Docker.app agent (com.electron.dockerdesktop). SmartClose now also applies rules written for the faceless host app that embeds a window's app. The app's own per-app rules still take precedence. Regular apps that bundle other apps (for example Xcode with Simulator) are unaffected. Diagnostics name the host app when its rule decided the outcome.
Silent launch at login (#23). After setup, SmartClose now launches silently at login, including when the menu bar icon is hidden. Launching or reopening SmartClose yourself opens Settings regardless of icon visibility. Incomplete setup still shows onboarding.
