Remove family-share bypass and the 757 logoff neuter
Valve now enforces license locks server-side: playing an addappid game the
account has no real license for makes the CM send SharedLibraryStopPlaying(9406)
-> ClientLoggedOff(757) and kill the session after a grace period. Our two
client-side mitigations don't win: -
Clearing 9406 / FamilyGroupsClient.NotifyRunningApps only kept the game open;
the session is killed anyway. -
Neutering 757 only softened the kick into a ~6s reconnect blip - the server
also closes the socket, which we can't block, so the session still dies.
Stop fighting a server-side check. Remove the FamilySharing ClearBody handlers
(both the 9406 recv case and the NotifyRunningApps service-job case) and the
SessionGuard 757 neuter, so both messages pass through untouched and Steam
behaves normally. Proto/enum definitions left in place.
