additionaProgress now supports secret values for bar regions

• overlay clipping is now enforced for bars and can't be disabled
• when using direction + width fields for additional progress on bar regions offset will ignore negative values
• new feature: pass durationObject to durationObject field inside additionalProgress items so overlay will use it do display its progress, set .durationObjectUseRemaining to true to use remaining time of the duration object instead of elapsed
  added "Show Cooldown Overlay" option to spell cooldown trigger
