Minor Changes

• Type and validate platform-selected Lynxtron targets, with each target (#3760)
  declaring files, macOS frameworks, and signed macOS appBundles as needed.
  Generate the same manifest shape and dist/<os>/<arch> output layout in new
  Lynxtron library projects.

Patch Changes

• Avoid intersecting the generated Node-API shim's dynamic global access with (#3914)
  host-specific NativeModules declarations, which may require fields such as bridge.
