This is a bugfix release for 2.0 which addresses several problems.
Noteworthy is a fix for the networking behaviour which was too strict since 1.16.14 and did prevent
manually triggered update when the feed reported update interval actually did allow for an update.
To make debugging such cases easier the "Update Monitor" renders feeds which do not want to be
updated yet with a darker shade of blue. Additionally when you try to update such a feed a warning
dialog will appear asking you not do this while still allowing you to force update.
