Upgrade Notes

• This release includes database migrations for cheat permissions, ignored DLC/update content, title-request user relationships, and merged migration heads.
• For automatic downloads, mount the same completed-download directory into AeroFoil and the download client, then configure the matching category or tag in AeroFoil.
