Bug-fix release.

mypy ignored the types shipped in ffmpeg-core (#1206).
ffmpeg-core declared py.typed as package data, but the file never
existed, so it was missing from every wheel. mypy therefore treated
ffmpeg_core as untyped: from ffmpeg.expressions import Expression failed
with Module "ffmpeg.expressions" has no attribute "Expression", and the
option aliases in ffmpeg.types resolved to Any. The marker is now
included. pyright and ty were not affected
