- Upgrade of the nginx version from 1.31.6 to 1.31.8 (mainline) on the official Docker image

- Let's Encrypt certificates can now use custom DNS servers for DNS-01 zone discovery and propagation checks, fixing failures caused by system resolvers that return incomplete responses (thanks @mghcool for the report)
- Fixed certificate issuance and renewal failing when they take longer than 30 seconds, causing the frontend to show an error even though the certificate was issued and saved successfully
- Updated Go to 1.27.3 and other internal dependencies
