Canopy Update (v3.1.0)

Arnis now places real signs, along with traffic signs, house numbers, and other details. Trees are now placed based on a real canopy height map, so they're actually as tall as they measure. Coastlines got a lot of attention this time. The satellite water mask gets traced and straightened now for a cleaner shoreline. Buildings got more details now, with details that had been missing before. And if a city is not enough, the scale now goes down to 0.05 and the terrain sinks into the lower half of the extended build height datapack. Smaller things: the GUI remembers your settings, lots of bug fixes, local .osm files work as input, you can point Bedrock at your own save folder, and building heights come from Overture where OSM has none.
