Sorry if this list does not make a lot of sense. It's all fixes and tuning rather than anything new.
- remove geolocation of users and groups
- speedier/lighter fetching of discussions
- tighter image file filters on upload profile/group logo forms
- lots of library (gems and npm packages) updates
- create tmp/pids on startup for docker based hosts
- remove pghero for heroku upgrade
- fix for stance_updated mailer
- dont show stance choices for time polls
- lots of tuning on new thread page
