Liked songs keep their heart after being downloaded (#217)
Details
Liking a streamed song (an addon's, say) and then downloading it left the song in Liked Songs without a heart. The download is a new file with an id of its own, and the like moves to it in the database; but the app's set of liked ids (the hearts) was loaded once, at startup, and only knew the streamed copy's id.

The liked set reloads when a download adds songs to the library (the lokal:refresh the downloads already send).

Liked Songs marks every song it lists as liked, under every id it goes by, so its hearts are right even before that.
