Desktop: fix EQ/tempo, add footer EQ and smooth fullscreen lyrics (#697)
Details
Changes
- Remove the duplicate FX tempo slider and multiplier. The external precise playback-speed control remains the sole source of truth (0.01× steps).
- Add automatic, user-toggleable gain headroom based on the summed filter response to reduce EQ clipping; smooth EQ gain transitions and enable 0.1 dB graphic steps.
- Expose graphic/parametric mode selection directly; default 15 full-spectrum parametric bands (up to 31), keeping the existing 10-band graphic presets and their mobile compatibility.
- Add Reset All, plus preamp, graphic bands, parametric bands, tone, compressor, limiter, FX and convolver resets.
- Put the EQ shortcut in the player footer immediately after Lyrics, before Audio Output.
- Make footer hover/focus effects consistent, including the Audio Output icon.
- Improve karaoke first-render performance by eliminating quadratic next-line timing lookup, avoiding repainting every lyric on focus changes and pausing hidden fullscreen lyrics frame loops.
Validation

scripts/equalizer-port.test.mjsfor automatic headroom and full-spectrum band defaults. - CI/build results and hardware-specific audio & fullscreen GPU behavior need verification before merge.
Compatibility
- Legacy FX tempo remains in imported/exported preset structure for mobile schema compatibility but no longer affects desktop speed.
- The graphic EQ remains 10-band; existing saved presets remain compatible.
