feat(desktop): replace inline EQ with mobile-style full equalizer popup (#693)
Details
Overview
- Replace the desktop playback settings EQ sliders with one Open Equalizer button and a large dedicated dialog.
- Bring mobile EQ settings into desktop: enable/bypass, ±24 dB preamp, 10-band graphic EQ (±20 dB), 31-band parametric EQ with filter type/frequency/gain/Q, live response preview, five mobile factory presets, custom presets and JSON/TXT import/export.
- Bundle the mobile AutoEQ headphone profile catalog for offline model search.
- Include mobile tone, compressor, limiter, balance, stereo width, tempo, delay/feedback FX and impulse-response convolver controls.
- Apply the DSP state to both Web Audio playback decks, including crossfades and normal native-audio capture; avoid changing native Dolby/bit-perfect routes that bypass Web Audio DSP.
- Save all EQ settings automatically; migrate the legacy 5-/10-band gains with the original 0.72 shaping scale so the existing sound remains unchanged.
- Add regression tests for migration, mobile presets, DSP normalization and dual-deck isolation (
npm run test:equalizer).
Integration notes / differences
- Desktop FX uses Web Audio nodes, rather than mobile's Rust audio engine; delay/stereo behavior is not guaranteed sample-identical.
- The desktop limiter is a high-ratio Web Audio compressor (soft-peak limiting), not a true-peak brickwall limiter.
- AutoEQ catalog is from lokal-mobile and loads lazily, without requiring network connectivity.
- Convolver impulse responses are stored in IndexedDB for reload and decoded with the existing AudioContext.
Validation
- New focused regression tests included. CI / manual playback checks still required, especially crossfade, playback speed and native output routes.
