What's Changed

• Reconcile desktop playlist state before phone Sync Now (#622)

  Details

  Problem

  Phone Sync Now only pulls new desktop journal operations. If triggers failed to capture a creation, deletion, import or membership update (including older installs), the missing operation never reaches mobile and repeated syncs do not repair it.

  Changes

  • Persist a user-scoped snapshot of desktop playlist names, UUIDs and ordered track references.
  • Reconcile the current SQLite playlists against that snapshot before desktop responds to library.pull / before accepting library.push. Synthesize journaled create, rename, delete, add, remove and move operations for discrepancies.
  • Re-baseline after applying phone pushes, preventing mobile-origin changes from being echoed as desktop edits.
  • Preserve original track metadata / online references in synthesized playlist member operations.
  • Add pure regression tests for initial export, idempotency, rename/delete, additions/removals and numeric reordering (npm run test:desktop-link-playlists).

  Companion

  Requires the corresponding lokal-music/lokal-mobile Sync Now recovery PR for already-consumed mobile cursors and unmatched playlist members.

  Verification

  Tests added but not executed in this connector environment. Validate via CI and paired desktop/mobile before merge.
