fix: update repository endpoints after transfer to lokal-music (#595)
Details
After the repository transfer, the packaged updater and several app links still target sipbuu/lokal. Point new builds directly at lokal-music/lokal so updates, changelogs, downloads and the default radio catalogue use the current project.
Changes:
- Update electron-builder's GitHub publish owner, the in-app release API/link, Discord project button, provider user-agent contact URLs, README and contribution links.
- Move the default radio URL and recognize saved former default URLs, retaining cached stations and user-defined catalogues; retries/refreshes use the new endpoint.
- Update the Cast Pages address and document the external migration for the existing Google Cast application 2060B9B3. The Pages workflow already deploys from the current repository and is triggered by this workflow-file change on main.
- Preserve app ID, Windows Store identity/publisher, Cast application ID, author/license credits and the separate lokal-ttml project. Release/nightly/notifier workflows already derive their repository from GitHub context.
Validation:
- 36 Node tests pass across Discord presence, default radio catalogue/migration and Cast controller/protocol. One additional real Discord IPC socket test cannot bind its Unix socket here (EPERM) and was excluded from the successful rerun.
- Electron syntax check passes for all 186 files; Vite production build and git diff --check pass.
- Verified publish config and installed app/Store/Cast identities. Published Git tree matches the local staged tree exactly.
External follow-up: once https://lokal-music.github.io/lokal/receiver/ is deployed, change the Receiver Application URL of existing Cast app 2060B9B3 in Google's console. A repository PR cannot update that registration. No device casting or installer update was exercised.

macOS: this build is ad-hoc signed, not notarized (no Developer ID certificate is configured). The first time, right-click Lokal in Applications and choose Open, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Lokal.app.
