Lokal is 100% local; the library, history, anything in database, or any info that is used for API's such as yt-dlp, LRCLIB, is NOT seen by us.
🎬 Music videos
- Official videos, matched to the song and kept in sync with it by its audio.
- Videos page: browse, save, download and delete videos; the list is cleaner, with hover previews.
- Downloads go to your Videos folder and play offline. Choose the quality in Settings.
- Mini player for videos: the video plus the current lyric line, with controls on hover. Open it from video mode.
- Find videos for my library: looks up a video for every song, without downloading.
🧩 SpotiFLAC addons
- New addon type: install SpotiFLAC sources from repositories (or a package file) to search, stream and download.
- Signed in after restarts, and access is checked automatically when the login window closes.
- Setup reminders when a source still needs verifying, with Verify now.
- Reliable streaming: fixed sources like Tidal failing with "memory limit".
- Repositories refresh at startup and show readable names¹.
- Get it in lossless can replace a song with a better copy from your addon sources.

macOS: this build is ad-hoc signed, not notarized (no Developer ID certificate is configured). The first time, right-click Lokal in Applications and choose Open, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Lokal.app.
