Always use independent high-resolution catalogue artwork for Amazon Music player covers (#751)

Why
Amazon Music add-ons often provide low-resolution search thumbnails. The existing full-resolution logic in PR #749 only looked up independent artwork when the add-on image decoded below the size target. That is not the desired policy: the full player should systematically prefer an independent Deezer/iTunes/YouTube catalogue cover for Amazon, even if the Amazon artwork URL loads.
Changes
- Detect the active Amazon add-on by its installed provider label (not by signed stream URLs).
- Before considering the Amazon cover, always request a separate catalogue match via the existing remote-only artwork resolver.
- Decode and validate the independent image; prefer it when it is a usable size, then fall back to Amazon's original or safely upscaled variants only on an independent lookup failure.
- Keep source search thumbnails quick and unchanged. Full-player/high-resolution lookup stays asynchronous and shares a bounded cache across player surfaces.
- Prevent cover oscillation when the verified independent image is promoted into Now Playing and the existing queue/ghost persistence.
- Regression tests verify unconditional independent-first behavior even for nominal 1500px Amazon URLs, provider scoping, no smaller-image fallback, and that the promoted image is not repeatedly re-looked-up.
Audio playback and Amazon streaming authorization are unchanged.
Validation
Dedicated LastWave/online-artwork CI includes the Amazon tests, backend regressions and Vite renderer build. Live authenticated Amazon covers still require visual verification.
