Bug Fixes 🐛

• fixed an issue where falsy initial values wouldn't be set correctly with v-model or value prop (4b29e72)
• prevented recursive value updates causing input value to reset in CDN environments #2941 (#2943)
• onBlur no longer sets the input value, now it validates the most recent value (636077a)
• input events now sync the input value without triggering validation unless specified by validateOnInput
