github lnagel/hass-eaton-ups-mqtt v0.6.1

Maintenance release. There is nothing to do on upgrade.

  • Quieter reloads (#139): reloading the integration or stopping Home Assistant no longer logs a warning for the MQTT disconnect the integration requested itself. It is now logged at debug level. Real outages (socket loss, keepalive timeout) still log a warning.
  • Entity state updates (#138): entities now set their state when the coordinator pushes new data, instead of computing it in property getters. This follows Home Assistant's _attr_* pattern and keeps the integration passing the latest type checker (ty 0.0.89). The reported states are the same as before. One narrow difference: when Home Assistant rewrites state for a registry change, such as renaming an entity, it now shows the last value the integration pushed rather than a measurement still held back by the debounce. That measurement still arrives when the debounce fires.
  • Development tooling: the test stack is updated to Home Assistant 2026.10.2, and ruff, ty and bump-my-version to their latest releases. The agent guide CLAUDE.md is renamed to AGENTS.md.
