Four MCP fixes and additions, all reported by @skyeagle:
- MCP calls no longer hang. Read-only calls skip the network entirely, and writes only sync on demand, fixing a case where a stuck git pull over ssh could freeze the whole server.
- Added swimlane management to the MCP: create, rename, move, and delete, not just issues.
- issue_create can now set description, tags, and assignees in one call instead of separate follow-up edits.
- Documented a registry-independent way to run the MCP server in sandboxed or offline environments.
Also fixed a bug where deleted swimlanes and issues could still show up in MCP list results.
Also added an official SKILL.md for ai guidance on how to use the tools.
