React build
- The TUI no longer runs out of memory over long sessions: releases ran
React's development build, which records a timing entry on every
screen update and never frees it. The binary and both npm commands
(epiq, epiq-mcp) now run the production build, which is also
lighter and faster (XE850QF, #470, #471)
