WARNINGS:
- FS changes could trigger a CONTACTS wipe on the device! Backup before as always.
- Android could need a manual bond from the BT settings menu, clicking on the node from app to do the very first bond may not work. This is needed to get iOS bond to ESP32-S3!
-Bump Zephyr via west update to 4.4.0
-Revert RAK ADC tuning.
-BLE stack / behavior work (including fewer unnecessary writes on nRF and ESP32 Bluetooth privacy to work around an iOS/ESP issue; Android may need a manual bond).
