修复
- CookieCloud 混合认证站点（api_key/bearer 类型）cookie 校验失败：改为按站点认证类型分流——纯 cookie/csrf 走引擎 test_connection，api_key/bearer 走 HTML 首页登录态校验
- 刷流已存在于下载器的种子（qb EXISTS 分支 DOWNLOAD_ID 为 None）插入
SITE_BRUSH_TORRENTS触发 NOT NULL 约束，改为跳过入库
测试
- 新增 CookieCloud 插件校验、IYUU 插件（辅种+绑定+解析）、插件 API 注册表与调度路由、刷流入库测试（4 个测试文件，全量 1187 通过）
