debian: enable IPv6 under systemd as well
Commit c56839796 ("debian: Enable IPv6 by default") set TVH_IPV6=1 in
/etc/default/tvheadend, but only the SysV init script and the upstart
job read TVH_IPV6. The systemd unit starts tvheadend with $OPTIONS from
the same file, and OPTIONS has no -6, so under systemd tvheadend still
listens on IPv4 only.
Add -6 to OPTIONS. With -6 tvheadend listens on [::] with IPV6_V6ONLY
turned off, so IPv4 clients keep working. rpm/tvheadend.sysconfig has
passed -6 since 2014.
With -6 the HTTP and HTSP servers also accept connections on every
IPv6 address of the host. An access entry with an empty network prefix
allows ::/0 as well as 0.0.0.0/0, so the access entries or a firewall
must cover IPv6 too.
