Truncate long titles in export names
A long album title made every export name too long, and the export
failed with Errno 36. The earlier fix capped only the resource files.
The export directory, the .resources directory and the export file
still failed for album, track and single item exports.
truncate_title normalizes the title to NFC and caps it at 150 UTF-8
bytes in every name the exporter builds. Each name stays under the 255
byte limit with the timestamp or .resources added, and the rating key
stays at the end.
clean_filename is the version from the issue. It keeps Unicode and
replaces only the characters that file systems reject. A blank result
becomes "untitled".
