Fix expanding a history row on a table that includes activity
The filtered count added in 2.18 counts the sessions table with the
history draw's filters, stripped of their table prefix. sessions has no
reference_id, so the child table of an expanded row asks it for a column
it does not have and the draw fails with "no such column: reference_id".
The union arm of the draw sends the same filter and survives only
because its select list carries NULL AS reference_id, which SQLite
resolves the WHERE against. A live session belongs to no history group,
so drop the union instead of filtering it on a column the table lacks.
Both the count and the draw then agree.
