Stop the macOS app on SIGTERM
With the menu bar icon on, the main thread runs the macOS run loop. Python
only runs signal handlers on the main thread, so SIGTERM never reached
sig_handler, and the app kept running until SIGKILL. MachSignals delivers
the signal through the run loop. rumps uses the same mechanism for SIGINT.
SIGTERM now quits the same way as the Quit menu item.
