Drop pyOpenSSL from the Flatpak Python sources
"Fix self-signed certificate creation with pyOpenSSL 26.2+" moves certificate creation to cryptography, so the bundle needs only cryptography. Merge that fix first. Without it, the Flatpak cannot create a self-signed certificate and starts on HTTP.
python3-requirements.json is regenerated with generate-python-sources.py.
