Adjust DataTables headers on window resize
With scrollX on and autoWidth off, DataTables 1.11 binds no window
resize handler. The header table kept its old pixel width after a
resize and no longer lined up with the body. A debounced resize handler
in script.js now calls columns.adjust() on every visible table. It does
not reload server-side data.
Verified header width equals body width on history, users, libraries,
logs and sync at 2048, 1200 and 1800 px in Chromium and WebKit.
