Improvements
IMP: Notifications centre available via alarm icon in the lower right of every page. Will open up a popup displaying the last 5 notifications for the given session and are linkable to the respective series
IMP: Updated Wanted page to dynamically display wanted issues and include pagination and filters (Wanted, Tier1, Tier2) as well as denote issues belonging to an Arc with the appropriate link to the given arc
