• [lmn_auth] prepare_environment() now catches
  linuxmusterTools.common.LdapNotProvisionedError (fresh install, Samba
  not provisioned yet) instead of letting it fall into the generic
  except-and-log, which left context.profile/schoolmgr/lmnapi_client
  undefined and crashed every plugin reading them. Falls back to the
  same LDAP-less profile already used for username in [root, None].
• [setup] Move the linuxmuster-base7 setup module w_webui.py to its new
  path (usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/linuxmuster_base7/setup/), the
  old usr/lib/linuxmuster/setup.d/ location is no longer picked up by
  linuxmuster-setup.
