This is a pre-release of LCOV v2.1.
Changes include:
- Support for other languages/data import from other tools - Perl and Python, in particular.
Seeperl2lcov --helpandpy2lcov --help. - Improved callback support. See the discussion in the genhtml man page.
- Improved error checking
- Add lcov regression test suite to release - see
$LCOV_HOME/share/lcov/tests/README.mdfor directions on how to execute them yourself. - Use lcov to generate coverage reports for lcov.
- Bug fixes.
The actual 2.1 release will follow in a few weeks.
In the meantime: please report any issues you discover in this release.
(This is the first time I have tried to do this...mistakes seem inevitable.)
