Fixes issue #33 about rules mixing if-true and on-true (resp. if-false and on-false) actionlists.
A minor bug is fixed in log output when sending emails.
There is no other change with respect to 0.0.1.34.
Note that version 0.0.1.35 was momentarily published on December, 10 2017 but a critical regression was found in rules behavior. It is not available anymore.
