The seven new languages load on demand, the tray menu and the sign-in window follow the same choice, and the landing page offers the same list as a dropdown. Fix blood-oxygen ODI requests using calendar dates in the device timezone, avoiding HTTP 400 and false empty responses from timestamp parameters. Keep the failing substream and cause in partial-sync diagnostics.

Build desktop installers only for release tags or manual CI runs. Pushes to main and pull requests retain verification and Docker checks without repeating installer packaging.

Los siete idiomas nuevos se cargan bajo demanda, el menú de bandeja y la ventana de acceso siguen la misma elección, y la página de presentación ofrece la misma lista como menú desplegable. El README ya está disponible en los diez idiomas, con agradecimiento al colaborador @noahzuerii por la base y la revisión del alemán.

Corrige las solicitudes de ODI de oxígeno en sangre para usar fechas de calendario en la zona horaria del dispositivo, evitando HTTP 400 y respuestas vacías falsas por parámetros de marca de tiempo. Los diagnósticos de sincronización parcial conservan el subflujo y la causa del fallo.

Los instaladores de escritorio solo se compilan para etiquetas de publicación o ejecuciones manuales de CI; los pushes a main y los PR conservan la verificación y las comprobaciones de Docker sin repetir el empaquetado.
