ECP3 development is now on hiatus
ARM64 is no longer packaged due to me unable to test whether it is packaged properly, Use x64 or compile ARM64 yourself, all required files should already be included in the project.

Install from MS Store, or use the signed msix installer below.

ECP3 is not the third version, it's ECP that uses SDK3, which only works with Everything 1.5a, but supports instances.
